LINCOLN -- After a year in Afghanistan helping farmers develop their skills, the Nebraska National Guard's Agribusiness Development Team #3 is coming home Thursday. Members of the 43rd Operational Support Airlift Detachment come home, too , after a 9 month deployment in Afghanistan. Governor Heineman is expected to be at this morning's Welcome Home at 11am Thursday at Guard headquarters in Lincoln.
