A new office complex will soon go up on the southwest corner of P and Canopy Street, 2 blocks from the Pinnacle Bank Arena. Built by developers Scott-Woodbury and Wiegert, the $17 million, 80,000 square foot building will fill a quarter of the block. Mayor Beutler says the ground floor will have retail space. Developer Zach Wiegert says the new office complex will be headquarters for a local corporation. More details will come later this year when ground is broken.
