A 19-year-old girl was not injured Saturday afternoon when she lost control of her vehicle and drove into the side of a garage. Authorities say the girl was headed southbound on 56th Street when she attempted to change lanes and lost control, first striking a tree and then the garage near 56th and Otoe. Officials say damage to her 2001 Honda Civic is around $5,000 while the garage estimates are around $7,500. The teen was charged with driving under suspension and negligent driving. No one was hurt in the incident.
