A deputy stopped a vehicle on Interstate 80 in west Lincoln for speeding, only to discover nearly 5 pounds of high-grade medical marijuana inside. Lancaster County Sheriff Terry Wagner said that the deputy could smell marijuana from the car and got consent from the driver to search the vehicle. Sheriff Wagner said 37-year-old Stanley Burt, of Ukiah, California, and his passenger 33-year-old Tynesha Kethchum are both lodged in jail for possession of marijuana and intention to deliver.
