More than 18 pounds of high-grade medical marijuana with a street value of more than $90,000 has been seized following a traffic stop Wednesday night along eastbound I-80 in west Lincoln. Lancaster County Sheriff Terry Wagner says a deputy pulled over an SUV for speeding and smelled pot coming from the vehicle. After he was given consent, the deputy found the marijuana packaged up in the back of the SUV. 34-year-old Benjamin Smart of Owens Cross, Alabama and 37-year-old Joseph Beard of Orlando, Florida were arrested for possession with intent to deliver.
