There are an estimated 55,000 Nebraskans with gambling problems. The Department of Health and Human Services is launching a new campaign to help Nebraskans understand their gambling limits. It starts with recognizing low-risk behavior and making sure it doesn't develop into a serious gambling problem. A 24-hour Gambler's Hotline and new website- (http://dhhs.ne.gov/behavioral_health/Pages/beh_gam_gam.aspx) offer immediate help and referrals.
