The Click It or Ticket campaign starts today (Wednesday), which means Lancaster County Sheriff's deputies will be watching to see if you are violating any traffic laws this Thanksgiving weekend. Sheriff Terry Wagner said that the first part of the detail starts at 2 o'clock this afternoon (Wednesday) with a checkpoint on Highway 77, just north of the Highway 33 interchange in the southern part of the county. The detail will run all the way through Sunday evening. Funding for the project has been provided by the Nebraska Office of Highway Safety.
