Charlie Rogers' Attorney Files Change Of Venue Motion

Charlie Rogers feels that there's no way she's going to get a fair trial for charges she faked a July anti-gay attack on herself. The attorney for the former UNL basketball player, Brett McArthur, filed the papers Friday for a change of venue, claiming a fair and impartial trial cannot be held in Lancaster County. Rogers claims she was tied up by 3 men, anti-gay slurs were cut into her skin and spray-painted on her walls and her home was set on fire. Police believe that she did it herself or had it done intentionally. Last week, Rogers made a 15-minute YouTube video reiterating her innocence and said that she wasn't going to stop talking.
