Someone pulling up to do yard work on a farm in the 4700 block of SW 140th Street Wednesday afternoon saw someone loading up car parts from an outbuilding. Deputies were called and they arrested 19-year-old DeJay Miller of Lincoln. Lancaster County Sheriff Terry Wagner says they believe Miller may be connected to a previous burglary at that same farm. He was lodged in jail for burglary and possession of burglary tools. Another burglary in the 4100 block of Southwest 9th happened late Wednesday morning, where forced entry was made and $2,400 worth of electronics and cash were taken. Wagner says it's too early to say if Miller may be connected to that or other recent burglaries in the city and county.
