Police Rule Murder Out In Investigation of Woman's Death
Police are ruling out murder as the cause of death for an Aurora woman. The body of 59-year-old Debra Miller was found in her home Tuesday by a family member. Police initially treated the area as a crime scene, but Hamilton County Attorney Michael Powell says an autopsy has pointed to natural causes in Miller's death. Authorities are still awaiting result from toxicology tests. Police arrested Miller's husband on suspicion of domestic assault several hours before her death, but Powell says that doesn't appear to play into Miller's death.
