A man with a knife scared a north-central Lincoln neighborhood at mid-day yesterday (Tuesday.) Police evacuated a 3 story house at 2627 R Street after a man wielding a knife allegedly threatened people at a nearby convenience store. Our television partner, 10/11 NEWS reported that the man was questioned by police then released.
