If you're a Democrat in Nebraska, you likely support a minimum 30% tax rate on people making more than $1 million. If you're a Nebraska Republican, chances are you oppose it. An Omaha World Herald poll of 800 registered voters found that 87% of Democrats favor the "Buffett Rule", named for Warren Buffett because he's the loudest billionaire speaking up for the tax. 47% of Nebraska Republicans favor it.
