Gas prices dropped slightly in Lincoln over the weekend. Premium unleaded is selling for $3.71 in some places; still $3.75 in others. Nationally, the Lundberg Survey of fuel prices shows prices dropping about a penny a gallon. Jackson, Mississippi has the nation's lowest average price for gas at $3.51 a gallon. Chicago offers the highest price at $4.25.
