More people have been killed so far on Nebraska roads this year than anytime in the last 4 years. 156 people have died; about 1/3 of them in roll-over accidents because they weren't wearing their seat belts. Motorcycle and pedestrian deaths are up. About 20% of all fatalities have involved people walking or riding.
