Alo Ceballos/FilmMagicMore legal woes for Courtney Love. TMZ.com reports a former assistant of hers is suing the Hole frontwoman, claiming Love owes her unpaid wages.
In the lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles, Jessica LaBrie alleges she was asked by Love to commit "fraudulent, unlawful, and unethical acts" such as hiring a hacker and forging legal documents. The defendant, who seeks unspecified damages, says part of her salary was withheld from her because she refused to engage in such acts.
TMZ notes that LaBrie is currently shopping a tell-all book about Love.
Just last month, Love was sued by her former lawyers for allegedly failing to pay her legal fees.
