Flo Rida Ordered to Pay $7,000 to Former Assistant Who's Suing Him

Image credit: Zach WolfeFlo Rida has been ordered by a judge to pay seven thousand dollars to a former assistant who is suing him.

Earlier this year, Mahogany Miller filed suit against the rapper, claiming he paid her low wages, then fired her when she complained.

According to TMZ.com, Flo Rida contended that he did not respond to the lawsuit in a timely fashion because the papers were delivered to a woman he did not know, and that an address listed for him was not accurate. However, the website reports, the rapper was fibbing on both counts. As a result, he must pay seven thousand dollars in attorneys' fees to Miller.

Miller's lawsuit is still pending.
