A 22-year-old man is in a Lincoln hospital this morning (Wednesday) in critical condition with 2 gunshot wounds. He was shot once in the chest and once in the hand in the 18th to 19th, Garfield to Washington neighborhood sometime around 9 o'clock last night (Tuesday). Police Capt. Michon Morrow told KFOR NEWS that the victim was found in the parking lot of Russ' Market at 17th and Washington. Police are looking for a thin black man with long braids.
