Lincoln Police arrested a local jeweler after finding child pornography on a business computer and explicit DVDs. Police arrested 55-year-old James Powell on Wednesday for possession of child porn. Police started investigating Powell September 24th after a Crimestoppers tip. Investigators seized a computer, DVDs, VHS tapes and other media from Powell's business, Jim Powell Diamonds located at 2740 North 48th Street. Investigators say the videos showed children younger than 18 involved in sexually explicit activity.
