LINCOLN -- He wanted to finish his supper, she wanted to go home right way. In the end, a 25-year-old Lincoln woman lands in jail for allegedly hitting and stabbing her 54-year-old boyfriend Monday night at his apartment near 16th and "C." Police Officer Katie Flood says the victim invited Krystal Minnick over for dinner, when she started to get moody and upset. The victim was punched in the face and stabbed in his left arm. The stab wound required six stitches. Injuries do not appear to be life-threatening. Minnick was found at her home near SW 11th and West "C" Streets and arrested for second-degree domestic assault and use of a weapon to commit a felony.
