Republican Senate Candidate Deb Fischer got two and a half minutes on stage before the Republican National Convention on Tuesday.  Fischer told delegates and a C-span audience that Nebraska's Republican administration has produced a better economy that President Obama, through tax and spending cuts and reliance on the private sector, rather than government, to create jobs.  Fischer and former governor and senator Bob Kerrey are competing for the Senate seat being vacated by Democrat Ben Nelson.
