A suspected car thief allegedly stole a vehicle, then drove it past the dealership while police were still there investigating. Isaiah Littlejohn allegedly stole a Cadillac Escalade from RPM Motors at 16th and O and then drove by while police were gathering information. That led to the arrest of 2 other individuals, which resulted in the discovery of a second stolen vehicle.
